Radiant ceiling heating and cooling
Indoor thermal comfort is provided by a radiant ceiling heating and cooling system from Rehau. This technology works on the principle of natural radiation, distributing heat and cold evenly throughout the space without drafts or dust circulation, contributing to a healthier living environment. The system enables individual temperature control in every room and is both energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
Central heat recovery ventilation system
The premium WOLF heat recovery system combines high efficiency with exceptionally quiet operation and minimal maintenance requirements. It ensures continuous air exchange while maintaining thermal comfort and a stable indoor climate. The system includes F7-class filters with a large filtration surface and extended lifespan. They capture up to 94% of pollen, dust, and impurities, effectively eliminating fine particles and contributing to a high-quality, hygienic indoor environment.
French windows and exterior blinds
All apartments and suites feature French windows equipped with exterior aluminum blinds, color-coordinated with the window frames. The blinds are electronically controlled and can be adjusted independently in each room. This allows for precise light and privacy management while effectively protecting the interior from overheating and supporting energy stability.

For the bathrooms and toilets, large-format wall and floor tiles were selected from renowned Italian manufacturers ITALGRANITI and FLORIM – CERIM. The floors feature high-quality gres tiles, and the walls are tiled up to a height of 2,400 mm, creating an elegant and visually seamless space.

Flooring
Real wood for increased durability and acoustic comfort
All living areas feature multi-layer real wood flooring, consisting of three structural layers with a solid wood top layer. These 15 mm-thick, 3-strip lacquered floors are installed using the glue-down method to ensure superior acoustic comfort. The wood dampens noise, softens footsteps, and creates a sophisticated interior ambiance.

Rebated (flush) doors for an exclusive look
Apartment entrances feature security doors with panoramic peepholes, ensuring safety and privacy. The interiors are enhanced by Hörmann doors with a premium height of 2,100 mm. The rebated (flush) design, featuring hidden 3D hinges, magnetic locks, and recessed hardware, creates an exclusive look with clean lines that sit almost perfectly flush with the frame.
