Metropolis now at its full height

The residential project has now reached its final height. The momentous occasion was accompanied by topping out the building with a tree decorated with ribbons as a symbol of good luck and protection, and as a way of thanking the builders for the work they have done to keep construction work moving apace. The celebratory event was attended by the representative of the developer, Mint Investments, who was joined by representatives of the project’s contractors.

Foundation slab handed over

After the successful acceptance of the foundation slab, construction of Metropolis has moved into its next important phase.  The initial works were carried out under the direction of Metrostav. Construction of building’s skeleton is overseen by the renowned Japanese contractor Takenaka. The actual concreting of the monolithic structures is performed by the Slovak company Moniers.

The second of May 2021, we started the construction of a unique project that is to change the look of Bratislava’s downtown and create an unforgettable home for you.
